We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Sales Executive with 5-8 years of experience in logistics domain software sales, specializing in Cloud Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in meeting sales targets, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • 5-8 years of experience in software sales within the logistics industry or selling Cloud SaaS solutions.

  • Sales certifications (e.g., Challenger Sales, Sandler Training, or equivalent) are a plus.

  • Willingness to travel frequently as per business requirements.


Key Skills and Competencies:
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the logistics domain and/or SaaS industry.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong people skills with a customer-centric approach.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and work under tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.

  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Business Development:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients in the logistics industry.

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow the business in assigned territories.

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities for SaaS solutions.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.

  • Understand client needs and steer tailored SaaS solutions to meet their requirements.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.


Product Expertise:

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of SaaS offerings, including cloud-based solutions and their applications in the logistics industry.

  • Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor activity.


Travel and On-Site Engagement:

  • Travel to meet clients, identify and attend industry events, and provide on-site demonstrations and training.

  • Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and other promotional activities.


Sales Training and Reporting:

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates to management.

  • Contribute to the improvement of sales processes and tools.
