Account Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Account Cancellation

You are solely responsible for properly cancelling your Turnkey account. Cancellation can be initiated at any time by accessing the Settings section via the top navigation bar and following the account cancellation process. Turnkey provides a straightforward, no-questions-asked cancellation option.

2. Post-Cancellation Data Handling

Following cancellation or termination of your account, Turnkey may retain certain user information as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce its agreements. Unless otherwise required by law, your full account profile and content will be deleted within ninety (90) days of cancellation. Please note that some residual data may remain in encrypted backups, which are inaccessible and non-recoverable.

Upon request, and subject to applicable law, Turnkey will make a reasonable effort to provide account owners with a copy of their lawful, non-infringing content. Such requests must be made within ninety (90) days of account cancellation, termination, or downgrade.

3. Refund Policy

Turnkey services are billed in advance on either a monthly or yearly basis, depending on your selected subscription plan. All payments are non-refundable, including, but not limited to:

  • Partial months of service

  • Account downgrades

  • Unused time during an active billing cycle

Your service will remain active through the end of your paid billing period, after which access will be discontinued unless renewed. To maintain fairness across our user base, no exceptions will be made to this refund policy.
